Subscription pricing for our platforms (Titus CRM, Poto AI, GetSignQuote, Valencia AI) is as quoted during onboarding. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Yr Grandpa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, tools, or platforms. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any similar legislation in New Zealand that cannot be excluded by agreement.
