Built from
the inside out.

I didn't start in business. I started in the community — in the places most people drive past, with the people most systems forget. Showing up at 2am when nobody else would.

Every product I've built started the same way. I saw something broken that was hurting real people, and I couldn't walk past it. So I built the thing I wished existed. Not for the market. For the person I used to be.

I've failed more times than most people have tried. Wrong partnerships. Wrong timing. Wrong assumptions. Businesses that didn't make it. Decisions that cost me everything I had. More than fifty times I've been knocked down — and every single time, I got back up and built something better.

That's not a sob story. That's the recipe. The people who win aren't the ones who never fail — they're the ones who refuse to stay down. Every failure taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way. And now I build differently because of it.

2010
Started in security. First real lessons in compliance, financial infrastructure, and what happens when you grow faster than your systems.
2012
Founded Bridging Works — federally funded mentoring charity across 20 schools, 300+ staff. Reintegration, school mentoring, youth programmes, food bank.
2016
Purchased Delta Community Support, a registered NDIS provider. Pivoted the focus toward disability services.
2020
Moved to Brisbane with family. Launched operations during Covid. Built from zero in a new city.
2023
Started building Titus CRM internally at DCS. Replaced 6+ tools. Reduced admin headcount by 2 FTE.
2025
Launched Poto AI, GetSignQuote, and Valencia AI. Four platforms in market. Building toward the exit.

Compliance is the kill zone
Every early business failure traces back to strong frontline execution undermined by compliance and financial gaps. Strong at building and winning work — caught out by the back-end. Build the infrastructure before you need it. This is the single most expensive lesson in this entire list.

The method matters more than the effort
Exercise alone didn't move the needle on 30kg. Understanding insulin resistance and switching the mechanism lost it in 3 months. Same principle in business — find the right lever, not just more hours.

Build for the exit from day one
Everything I build has a buyer in mind. Clean IP, documented systems, recurring revenue. If you wouldn't buy it, neither will they.

Gut first, data to confirm
The times things went wrong were when I trusted others over my own instincts. I was underestimated in business rooms because of how I look and where I'm from. I used it. Trust your read — then verify.

Charge for your time
